Delivery
Orders placed and confirmed before 12pm one working days before despatch can normally be despatched for next working day delivery, subject to stock availability. Unless you have credit terms with us payment must be made prior to despatch.
Delivery is by pallet courier, or DPD couriers for smaller items. Title and risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. Palletised deliveries are always kerbside, at the driver’s discretion / access limitations they may be able to move the goods on to the property. We also offer a dedicated delivery service at an additional fee which will allow for a tracked and exact time of delivery with access to the dedicated driver, this is dependent on stock availability.
Although we strive to offer a quality and hassle fee delivery experience this is down to our selected delivery partners service. We do not guarantee timed or next day services.
Standard next working day services are not guaranteed unfortunately, and if they fail the charge will still apply. We do not accept liability for any further costs arising from a failed delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that someone will be available at the address given to receive, inspect and sign for the delivery and any delivery that is attempted but fails because no-one was there will be chargeable. If the address or date are incorrect and a redelivery is required, these are also chargeable in full.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to advise us of any access restrictions at the delivery address prior to order dispatch. Many of our couriers deliver on large articulated lorries, if they cannot gain access to the delivery site due to restrictions that Eco Angels were not forewarned of, we will not be liable for incurred costs and a redelivery charge will apply which must be paid in full prior to redelivery being attempted.
Standard service
- Next day – delivery up to 18:00 on the next working day after dispatch
- Dedicated Delivery – Delivery anytime same day or next day subject to stock availability
Extra services available (for parcels only):
- Monday to Saturday Before 10.30 – delivery before 10.30am on the day after dispatch
- Monday to Sunday Before 12 – delivery before 12:00pm on the day after dispatch
- Larger parcels and pallets needed on special times will have to be on a dedicated driver at an additional cost.
Free Delivery
Free secure next day delivery is ONLY available for resdential and commercial companies based in Essex. For all other locations please see above or call to speak to one of our agents on 01708 252903
Free Collections
Collection from our warehouse in Aveley, Essex is free, but needs to be booked in with us – please contact your account handler to arrange a collection time slot alternatively you can call the office on 01708252903 to book in a time slot. This is also subject to stock availability.
Tracking your order
You will normally receive an email with details on how to track your order. We cannot guarantee to provide an ETA on orders that are booked on a next working day service. Please make sure to provide a mobile number, as for DPD or pelleted deliveries you will then receive a text detailing a delivery window.
When your order arrives
As soon as you receive your order please check the contents. Any damage to the packaging or goods should be noted when you sign for the goods. While it’s rare for breakages to happen in transit, it can happen, so if you have ordered solar panels we very strongly recommend you check the panels BEFORE signing with the courier that it has been received in good condition. Else, please sign as unchecked. You should check the contents against the packing note or quotation that you have received. Any missing or damaged items should be reported to us within two working days by phone or email. Eco Angels will not be liable for the cost of replacement goods if notified after this period.
Eco Angles will refund for or replace any goods which arrive damaged, with replacements sent on a next day basis subject to stock availability, but will not be liable for any further costs arising from the arrival of damaged goods on site. Delayed deliveries and damage in transit can occasionally happen, and may impact installations planned for the day of delivery. That is a risk associated with delivering to site directly (offset by an operational saving on rent for storage of stock) and should be priced into the installation. Eco Angels will work closely with customers to resolve issues as quickly and inexpensively as possible, but our financial liability for delays, errors and damage in transit is strictly limited to the value of the order itself, including delivery.
Information
We endeavour to keep the information on our website accurate and fully up-to-date, and aim to fulfil orders promptly and to the satisfaction of our customers. However, we do reserve the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion, to change the price and specification of items listed on the website, and to withdraw items from sale at any time.
