Eco Angels Returns Policy

1. Returns Period

You may return eligible items purchased from Eco Angels within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return request. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us promptly if you identify any issues.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
The item must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
The item must not be one of the non-returnable items listed below.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personalised or custom-made products.
Items classified as hazardous materials.
Products with visible signs of use or damage not caused by transportation or manufacturing defects.
Items not purchased directly from Eco Angels.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team via email at info@eco-angels.ukor phone at 01708252903 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will be required to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Once you receive your RAN, securely package the item, including all accessories and original packaging, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely return of your item. Please retain the shipping receipt for your records.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement item, please follow the return process to obtain a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

8. Handling Fee

The Supplier Reserves the right to levy a handling fee + shipping, when and where applicable, of the purchase price of the relevant goods on such goods returned to and accepted by the supplier.
